What's Included in the Ocean & Flow Retreats

Daily Yoga Practices

Flow through dynamic and restorative yoga sessions designed to stretch, strengthen, and ground you. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and led by experienced master yogis who will guide you into deeper alignment with your body and breath.

Freediving: Connecting with the Ocean

Dive beneath the surface of the sea, learning freediving techniques to harness your breath and focus. Freediving not only challenges your body but also helps clear the mind, teaching you to find stillness beneath the water's surface while embracing the power of the ocean's rhythm.

Mental Clarity & Resilience Techniques

Inspired by Navy SEAL principles, you’ll engage in exercises that sharpen your mind, calm your spirit, and build resilience. Learn the art of focus, discipline, and visualization, helping you push your limits and embrace a mindset of inner strength.

Breathwork for Healing and Clarity

A Day at the Ocean & Flow Retreat

Our retreat days are carefully crafted to balance relaxation, challenge, and deep personal growth. Here’s a glimpse into what your experience will look like:

7:00 AM - Sunrise Yoga

Begin your day with a gentle yoga flow to awaken your body and set your intentions for the day ahead.

8:30 AM - Breakfast & Nourishment

Savor a vibrant breakfast crafted from the finest locally sourced ingredients—nourishment that awakens your senses and sets the tone for a day of renewal.

10:00 AM - Freediving & Breathwork

Explore the ocean with guided freediving sessions, followed by deep breathwork exercises to release tension and calm the mind.

12:30 PM - Lunch & Relaxation

Enjoy a light, nutrient-rich lunch and time for personal reflection or beach relaxation.

2:00 PM - Excursions or Special Operations Inspired Resilience Workshops

Engage in a workshop or outdoor activity designed to hone your mental and physical strength and ground you in the healing elements of nature. Inspired by special operations mindfulness techniques.

5:00 PM - Restorative Yoga

Wind down with restorative yoga to ease tension, followed by guided meditation to center your mind and spirit.

6:00 PM - Dinner & Community

Savor a delicious, healthy dinner, with time to reflect and connect with fellow retreat participants.

8:00 PM - Evening Reflection & Group Sharing

Share your experiences with the group, listen to others, and reflect on the day's journey.
