Freediving experts will guide you as you refine your technique, improve your breath-hold, and push your limits. After your morning session, enjoy a nourishing breakfast prepared with locally sourced ingredients to fuel your body for the day ahead. This meal will help replenish energy and aid in your recovery.
Shift focus to land-based training, where you'll dive into the theory behind freediving. Learn about proper breathing techniques, equalization methods, and safety protocols. This dry portion is critical for building a strong theoretical foundation for your dives and ensuring you’re prepared for deeper, safer experiences in the water.

This session will also include the dive briefing for the next day’s sessions, outlining goals, techniques to focus on, and any safety reminders, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the following day’s underwater adventure.

After dinner, take time to relax, reflect, and prepare for the next day. Whether you choose to enjoy the resort, socialize, or rest, you’ll have ample downtime to recharge and rest.
Not at all! This retreat is designed for all experience levels, whether you're a seasoned freediver or just starting. Plus, we offer Molchanovs Wave 1 and Wave 2 certifications included in your retreat. Higher Molchanovs and AIDA certifications are also available on request.
You're welcome to bring your own gear, we provide top-quality, high-end freediving equipment to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Of course! Many of our guests join solo, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and form lasting connections in a supportive, welcoming environment.
We keep it small and intimate, with just 10–16 guests, so you can enjoy personalized attention while still benefiting from the group's energy and camaraderie. This ensures we maintain 5-8 students per instructor for small group time, allowing for focused guidance and support. It’s all about creating a safe, rejuvenating space for everyone.
